Saw, cut, and remove damaged asphalt, adjust metal grate collar, and concrete drain box elevations to improve drainage. Finish off by installing S-III Hot Mix asphalt.

Saw, cut, and chip hammer concrete around metal grate. Then poured & applied broom finish to 5000 PSI Concrete mix. Stress cute as needed.

Remove car stops to apply two coats for PolyPro to pavement surface. Reset car stops and repaint pavement markings (ADA stenciling, ADA unloading areas, parking stripes, crosswalk, and stop bar).

Remove additional parking stall stripes by grinding to surface level.

Demo existing sidewalk, asphalt, and curb. Form and pour new F-curb with transition and sidewalk (including ADA maps). Install asphalt and compact.
